RETURNS & EXCHANGES

THE COUGAR CAVE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours, and an email confirmation will be sent acknowledging receipt of the item for return. You will receive the cost of the item you are returning minus a five-dollar restocking fee. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. If you have purchased an item through a 'Team Shop' online, the Canterbury Cougar Cave is unable to refund as the team shops are different vendors and the merchandise is not stocked at the store on campus. 

RETURNS

• All returns must be made in the Cougar Cave during business hours.  If you are unable to make it during the normal business hours, please make sure to reach out to The Cave, and we will set up a time for you to return your merchandise. Please make sure to bring your receipt.
• Mondays: 8:00 - 3:30 p.m.
• Tuesdays - Friday - 7:45 - 3:30

EXCHANGES

• Exchanges are welcome! Please make sure you have your receipt, and The Cave can find you a new size or product to exchange.
