RETURNS & EXCHANGES

THE COUGAR CAVE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The Cougar Cave gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased for a refund or exchange within 7 days of original purchase. For your convenience, purchases may be returned by utilizing the "Return Bin" which is next to the "Pick Up Bin" in front of the "O" Gym. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All flash sale/pre-order apparel, face masks, buffs, accessories, altered or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS

• Place your item for return in a bag along with your RECEIPT for a refund, in accordance with our policy. Place bag in Bin labeled “Return Bin.” Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and an email confirmation will be sent acknowledging received item for return. You will receive the cost of the item you are returning minus a five dollar re-stocking fee. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

EXCHANGES

• Place your item for exchange in a bag along with your RECEIPT, in accordance with our policy. Please circle the items you wish to exchange on your receipt and indicate the new sizing. Please check online first to make sure the size is available. Place bag in Bin labeled “Return Bin.” Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours and an email confirmation will be sent acknowledging received item for exchange and pick up of new item is ready from Bin labeled, “Pick Up Bin.”
